Doctoral Phd Applicants must be a student currently enrolled in BS / CJA Program at each campus of the University of Phoenix Las Vegas or online before the deadline date scholarship. Applicants, once registered, may not receive a total of 100% tuition reimbursement from any source (s) including but not limited to: replacement of the company, other scholarships and / or private grants with the exception of GI Veterans Administration benefits or Veterans Administration Vocational Rehabilitation Benefits and Title funding IV financial aid.
